TERMS OF SERVICE, END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AND TOTAL LIABILITY WAIVER

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (AGNOSTIC TOOL): GhostView Network ("the Service") is strictly a neutral, agnostic software tool. The creators, developers, hosts, and maintainers ("the Providers") merely provide the underlying technological framework. We do not monitor, direct, or control the intent behind its usage. We do not know the difference between "good" or "bad" usage. A tool is simply a tool, much like a hammer; it is entirely your responsibility to use it ethically, legally, and for "good."

2. ABSOLUTE ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RESPONSIBILITY: By creating an account, you explicitly acknowledge that YOU, the End User, bear 100% of the responsibility for anything you do on or with this platform. If your actions result in bans, suspensions, digital damages, or real-world consequences, that is entirely your fault and your liability. We take zero responsibility for your actions.

3. TOTAL IMMUNITY & LIABILITY WAIVER: Under no circumstances—whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—shall the Providers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this Service. You explicitly waive any and all rights to initiate, join, or participate in any class-action lawsuit, civil suit, or criminal complaint against the Providers. You agree that the Providers are legally immune from the consequences of your usage of this agnostic tool.
