ABSOLUTE ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RESPONSIBILITY: By creating an account, you explicitly acknowledge that YOU, the End User, bear 100% of the responsibility for anything you do on or with this platform. If your actions result in bans, suspensions, digital damages, or real-world consequences, that is entirely your fault and your liability. We take zero responsibility for your actions.

TOTAL IMMUNITY & LIABILITY WAIVER: Under no circumstances—whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—shall the Providers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this Service. You explicitly waive any and all rights to initiate, join, or participate in any class-action lawsuit, civil suit, or criminal complaint against the Providers. You agree that the Providers are legally immune from the consequences of your usage of this agnostic tool.
4. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM TERMS: You acknowledge that utilizing automation tools may violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (such as Kick, TikTok, etc.). The Providers are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these platforms. You assume all risks associated with violating third-party terms, including the permanent loss of accounts, digital assets, and network access.
5. CONSENT TO AUTOMATION & ACCOUNT SHARING: By utilizing this follower bot service, you agree to share your linked account(s) with the network to follow other users within the pool. You explicitly consent to let your account be used to follow random people on the supported platforms as directed by the decentralized swarm. You retain the right to manually remove or unfollow these accounts at any time after the automation process.
6. PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING: We do not share your account information with any 3rd parties, corporations, or unauthorized entities. Your account data is safely stored on encrypted servers locally. It is only decrypted momentarily to send automated follow requests to targeted accounts.
7. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
